Shipping Policy
At Langston & Artis Publishing House, we value our customers and strive to provide the best service possible. We offer a variety of shipping methods to ensure that your order arrives on time and in perfect condition. Our packaging is designed to protect your books during transit and we take great care in preparing each shipment. Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and destination of your order. Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping. Delivery times and shipping rates varies by location. Please refer to your tracking information provided with order status and updates.
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Langston & Artis Publishing House. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us within 7days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. We will do our best to resolve any issues you may have, including offering a refund or replacement. Please note that we cannot accept returns on digital products. Please also note that if you used PayPal to complete your order, we will provide a store credit in the form of a Digital Langston Artis Publishing House Gift Card or store credit to be used on our website. We will also issue a store credit for returns of book purchases.
Some shipments may not come with a packing slip. If your packing slip is unavailable, please print out the Shipping Confirmation email you received after the item(s) shipped. Include that printout in the box and write your Order Number on the outside of the box. Without a packing slip or shipping confirmation printout, we cannot process the return and you will not receive your refund. If you have any questions about our return policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at langstonartisph@gmail.com.
